​You sincerely want a home that is peaceful and uncluttered.  You know you need systems in place to create that atmosphere you so desire.  Yet, you just can't seem to focus on the project to see it through. In fact, you don't even know where to start!

Organizing through video-chat gives us the opportunity to work together no matter where you live. Together we will walk step-by-step through the process of organizing your home in small manageable tasks. 
What would it feel like to have a place for everything and everything in its place?  It would be amazing to walk into a room and find what you need! Hey, you could have company drop in and not be embarrassed! ​

Here is how it works:
1.  PHONE CONSULTATION 
  • Contact us to set up your free phone consultation. 
  • We'll have a call to discuss your needs and make sure we are a good fit to work together.
  • We will schedule your home walk through on Zoom.
  • You will receive a contract and invoice by email.
2.  HOME WALK THROUGH ON ZOOM
  • Expect to spend 45-60 minutes on this call.
  • ​You will show me around your home.  
  • You will share your vision for your space(s).
  • ​We will identify your priority areas.
  • ​By the end of our first call together you will be clear on what needs to be completed by the following week when we meet again.
  • Task lists will be maintained in Trello
  •   You will smile because you already feel a little lighter.
3.   ONGOING VIDEO CHATS 
  • ​Expect to spend 15 minutes on these calls
  • We will meet once a week for 4 weeks
  • At the end of each call you will have a list of tasks to complete by the following week when we meet again.
  • Tasks lists will be maintained in Trello. ​​
  • Any questions between calls can be communicated easily through text.
VIRTUAL ORGANIZING RATES

1 Hour Goal Setting Call
During this call, we will walk through your home using Zoom.  We will break down your big goals for your home into small actionable and attainable goals. 

Trello Board Created For You
We will create a list of to-dos and recommendations for your home in a Trello Board.

4 Weeks of Support
We will meet once a week for encouragement, accountability, and support.

Check in Calls
You will have 4 (15 minute) check-in calls over the next month to see how you are doing and set the next week's actionable goals. 

Daily Text Access
Have a quick question for us?  Need feedback on a product or idea? No problem, just send us a text, and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

Shared Trello Board
We will keep all of your call notes and goals organized in one place with a shared Trello board.
